Water Aerobics      


Tuesdays & Thursdays (11-11:45am):  Aqua- Fitness
An invigorating, fun, and effective water aerobics workout!  Lisa's precise
deck instructions will ease you through creative routines designed to
provide strengthening, flexibility and cardiovascular benefits.

Tuesdays & Thursdays (12:30-1:15pm): Noodle Work- Out
Learn how to use the noodle for stability, buoyancy, and added
resistance.  This workout will include mostly cardiovascular and strength
training exercises.

Tuesdays (6-6:45pm): Aqua- Fitness
