Please note that our minimum age for employment consideration is 15
for general staff and at least 16 for Lifeguards. All prospective
Lifeguards must pass an on-site, in-water evaluation prior to starting
work. Parents, please do not contact the management on behalf of your
young adult children seeking employment. The application, interview
and ultimately the job itself is the responsibility of the prospective
employee only. Although past or current membership is not a
requirement for hire at the Cruiser Club and we are an equal
employment opportunity employer, every consideration and opportunity
is given to hire as many of the young adults we have come to know as
