Each class will end with low back and abdominal core conditioning, a thorough stretch, and an inspirational cool down period. Fitness Consulting Inc.’s president, Bill McHugh a Sparta resident for 14 years, is excited to be providing health & fitness services to members of the Cruiser Club. McHugh says, “the new programs that will be offered for the first time by the club, compliment the swimming, tennis and other exciting programs, and gives the members additional healthy activities to choose from.” McHugh, who has his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, has been providing health & fitness programs for over 20 years. Noted for having a very experienced team of fitness professionals, McHugh has hand picked the Certified Personal Trainers, Group Exercise Instructors and Massage Therapists to service the clientele. In addition to offering In-Home Personal Training to Sussex, Morris and Somerset County residents, F.C.I. also offers Fitness Consulting to other gyms in the area including the management of the employee Wellness Center at Morristown Memorial Hospital. McHugh, who is known for motivating his clients to get results, will assure that the Cruiser Club members are pleased with their results as well. Health & Fitness Programs for Cruiser Club Members • GROUP EXERCISE – a 45 minute fun and exciting class that focuses on fat burning and muscle toning. This steady pace circuit class is for 3 to 6 participants. The group exercise workout includes a warm-up, total body toning exercises, cardiovascular conditioning, abdominal and low back strengthening and finishes with a cool down of flexibility stretches. Class times to be announced. • PERSONAL & SEM-PRIVATE TRAINING - all Personal Training Sessions are provided by a Nationally Certified and degreed fitness professional. Each participant receives a medical questionnaire, comprehensive computerized fitness testing, written goal setting and nutritional coaching. Each personalized exercise session is 45 minutes and can be scheduled at any time that best suits your needs from 6 am to 7 pm. |
